6. Customer Designs, Logos, and Intellectual Property

You represent and warrant that you own or have permission to use all designs, logos, trademarks, images, text, artwork, technical files, and other materials that you provide to us.

9. Custom Products, Returns, and Refunds

Therefore, because we make customized products specifically according to a customer’s design, specifications, logo, measurements, materials, or other requirements, we generally cannot accept returns simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the products.
