1. For some labels, patches, and printing, we always need a designer, then we will need to make a model, which will need the cost.
2. Other factories also have the model fee, not listed and not shown to you, but it exists. We can also show you a video of how it works.

1. Of Course. you Can share your logo first . Then we can start making the mock-up for you quickly.

For the sample, there are three options as below:

1. If you place a sample order, you need to pay the sample costs and shipping costs.
2. If you place a bulk order directly, we will make a free pre-production sample by taking photos for your check quality, once you confirm, then we will move to bulk production, which could help you save the sample costs and working time.
3. You can place a bulk order directly, we will make a free sample and ship it for your checking quality before moving to bulk hat production, you only need to pay shipping costs.

For any quality-related issues caused by our production process, embroidery defects, fabric flaws or workmanship problems, we undertake full responsibility. We support three optional solutions: full refund for defective goods, free re-production & replenishment, and exclusive discount compensation on your next order.
